Please note that reservations must be made at least 60 minutes before the start of the session.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session starts; otherwise, you lose a session (credit).
Our group classes range from 8-10 students, except for jiu-jitsu, which has larger groups.
Yes! You can choose how to use your sessions across different classes, except for the Open Studio. For Open Studio
access, you’ll need to purchase a specific Open Studio session or an Open Studio membership.
Yes, we offer monthly plans with no sign-up fee and only a 2-month commitment. Choose the plan that best fits
your goals and lifestyle.
Jiu-Jitsu is the only modality where we will offer a separate membership for those who want to train ONLY Jiu Jitsu.
Because it has way more students in the classroom, we can offer it at a lower price too.

Yes! With any membership, you receive a physical assessment and complete a wellness questionnaire for more
personalized care.
You can book a 50-minute session to use our fitness studio independently. This is ideal for those who are used to
training solo, as there’s no personal trainer in the room.
If you’re a client, it’s free. If you’re not, there’s a €5 fee for every 3 hours of use.
Our SPA services include massage, physiotherapy, breathwork one-on-one sessions, and yoga one-on-one
sessions. To book an appointment, talk to us at our front desk or send us a WhatsApp message.
